February Dinner Plans & Home Goals

Last month, I set a goal to eat every dinner at home(except when on vacation!). We missed our goal a little bit but overall it was a great experience and a good way to get back into the habit. So we are doing it again this month but with a few planned days of eating out.

A quick note! The plan is to plan out 5-6 meals each week and I will assign them a date. But some nights we might not be feeling what is planned so rather than go out, I give myself flexibility to swap days! Also, at the end of the month we will be out of town. Here’s the meal plan:

  • 2/1 – Out!
  • 2/2 – Spaghetti and garlic bread
  • 2/3 – Cheese Enchiladas
  • 2/4 – Mini Meatloaves
  • 2/5 – Breakfast Hash
  • 2/6 – Mama Getaway!
  • 2/7 – Baked Nachos
  • 2/8 – Orange Chicken
  • 2/9 – Broccoli Pasta
  • 2/10 – Crack Crockpot Chicken Sandwiches
  • 2/11 – Chicken and Rice
  • 2/12 – Burrito Bowls
  • 2/13 – French Bread Pizza
  • 2/14 – Out
  • 2/15 – Veggie Lo Mein
  • 2/16 – Hamburger Gravy
  • 2/17 – Veggie Burgers
  • 2/18 – Sheet Pan Fajitas
  • 2/19 – Out
  • 2/20 – Ham Sliders
  • 2/21 – Potato Tacos
  • 2/22 – Lettuce Wraps
  • 2/23 – Shrimp Tacos
  • 2/24-2/27 – out of town
  • 2/28 – Chorizo and eggs
It’s a lot orange in here but it needs more color!

February Home Goals

I was able to get Emmy’s room reworked and completed last month so this month I’m focusing on our bathroom and bedroom. I just redid the bathroom for the One Room Challenge, but it needs more color. So I’m going to replace the rug, change the artwork, and add some shelves. And my goal for the bedroom is a huge declutter and to make a plan for an update. Nothing too crazy, just paint and some accent updates. Oh and maybe a closet remodel!
